About Verity Legacy Management
Navigating Legacy Management With Care
The experience you need
Stepping into a fiduciary role is an act of trust. Fiduciaries are asked to care for someone else’s finances, wishes, and legacy, often during demanding or emotionally sensitive times. This business was created to support them in that responsibility, easing the weight of administrative details so they do not have to manage everything on their own.
Our Foundation
The firm’s founder, Courtney Brasseaux, has spent several years in the trust and estate industry, supporting the administration of complex trusts, special needs arrangements, and court‑ordered matters. In that capacity, we have supported a significant number of client relationships and helped coordinate administration across substantial asset levels, with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and composure.
This experience revealed a consistent reality: many fiduciaries are dedicated and capable decision-makers, but lack structured systems for maintaining records, tracking compliance requirements, and documenting actions in a structured manner.
Verity was built to close that gap.
A background in psychology from the University of South Florida informs the firm’s approach to family dynamics, conflict sensitivity, and steady communication – particularly in emotionally charged fiduciary environments.
How to Engage with Us
Connect with us
We are always hired in a supporting role, not as a professional advisor. Verity Legacy Management does not act as a fiduciary and does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice. Those responsibilities remain with the client’s attorney, financial advisor, CPA, and other licensed professionals.
Instead, we provide administrative support to individuals and professionals serving in a fiduciary capacity. Fiduciaries retain sole and absolute discretion and full decision‑making authority. We assist by organizing information, tracking tasks and deadlines, coordinating with professional teams, and maintaining clear records.
Clients Typically Engage With Us When They:
Have been named as trustee, executor / personal representative, or conservator and want support with day‑to‑day administration.
Are attorneys, financial advisors, CPAs, or family offices seeking a reliable resource to help clients implement existing plans.
Prefer a calm, neutral presence to help manage communication and expectations around money and family matters.
Our Approach
Each engagement begins with a structured review of the fiduciary role, governing documents, and current administrative status. When appropriate, the client’s attorney or advisor may participate. From there, we develop a tailored support plan outlining the delegated administrative responsibilities (with the fiduciary maintaining sole and absolute discretion), reporting cadence, and communication structure.
Support evolves as circumstances change – but our commitment to precision, timeliness, and transparency remains constant.
Our secure administration platform tracks all open tasks and deadlines in real time, offering fiduciaries and approved clients clear visibility into progress and status.
